Isaiah 40 God speaks comfort to the weak and weary

In isaiah 40, God speaks further comforting words to His people.
The prophet is asked to cry out and give this prophecy: “The glory of the Lord shall be revealed,
And all flesh shall see it together;”
When this happens,  people will be healed and their youth renewed like the eagle.
“He will give power to the weak, and to those who have no might He will increase strength.
God reveals His kindness and gentleness in saying that He will care for His people like a Shepherd caring for His lambs, especially the young.
Has this wonderful prophecy taken place?  The coming of Jesus the Messiah has fulfilled the prophecy.
When Jesus first came to earth He had revealed the glory of the Lord. Some of His apostles had seen this on the transfiguration mountain. After Jesus resurrected He showed Himself to over five hundreds disciples. Some also witnessed Him ascending to heaven in glory. After the arrival of the Holy Spirit,  many of us have seen God’s glory in our spirit as we worship Him in Spirit and in truth.
Jesus will arrive again in glory when He comes again and at that time all human shall see.
Meanwhile those of us who wait on the Lord will continue to live in the divine health and youthfulness God has spoken through prophet Isaiah.
Isaiah 40 New King James Version (NKJV)  (quoted in parts. Please read the whole chapter yourself )
God’s People Are Comforted
1 “Comfort, yes, comfort My people!”
Says your God.
3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
“Prepare the way of the Lord;
Make straight in the desert
A highway for our God.
4 Every valley shall be exalted
And every mountain and hill brought low;
The crooked places shall be made straight
And the rough places smooth;
5 The glory of the Lord shall be revealed,
And all flesh shall see it together;
For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
6 The voice said, “Cry out!”
And he said, “What shall I cry?”
“All flesh is grass,
And all its loveliness is like the flower of the field.
7 The grass withers, the flower fades,
Because the breath of the Lord blows upon it;
Surely the people are grass.
8 The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the word of our God stands forever.”
9 O Zion,
You who bring good tidings,
Get up into the high mountain;
O Jerusalem,
You who bring good tidings,
Lift up your voice with strength,
Lift it up, be not afraid;
Say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!”
10 Behold, the Lord God shall come with a strong hand,
And His arm shall rule for Him;
Behold, His reward is with Him,
And His work before Him.
11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd;
He will ) the lambs with His arm,
And carry them in His bosom,
And gently lead those who are with young.
28 Have you not known?
Have you not heard?
The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable.
29 He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
31 But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
