Isaiah 62 God gives a royal diadem

All-Hail-The-Power-of-Jesus-Name-crown Him

God gives a royal diadem. “You shall also be a crown of glory
In the hand of the Lord,
And a royal diadem
In the hand of your God.”

A wonderful message from the prophet today. The prophecy about the King, the Redeemer, the Savior has come true in Jesus.  Yet, the promise and prophecy about the physical Jerusalem and Israel is in the future.

God has given a sure promise for the desolate and forsaken. How does anyone receive God’s promises? Just go trough the Gate of salvation.

Key verse: 10 Go through, Go through the gates!
Prepare the way for the people; Build up, Build up the highway! Take out the stones, Lift up a banner for the peoples!” Who is the Gate?

Luke 1: 30 Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. 32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. 33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”

Luke 2:10 10 Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. 11 For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

14 “Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”[c]

John 10: Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.

John 14:6 [Full Chapter]  Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Isaiah 62

1 For Zion’s sake I will not hold My peace,
And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest,
Until her righteousness goes forth as brightness,
And her salvation as a lamp that burns.
The Gentiles shall see your righteousness,
And all kings your glory.
You shall be called by a new name,
Which the mouth of the Lord will name.
You shall also be a crown of glory
In the hand of the Lord,
And a royal diadem
In the hand of your God.
You shall no longer be termed Forsaken,
Nor shall your land any more be termed Desolate;
But you shall be called Hephzibah,[a] and your land Beulah;[b]
For the Lord delights in you,
And your land shall be married.
For as a young man marries a virgin,
So shall your sons marry you;
And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride,
So shall your God rejoice over you.

I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem;
They shall never hold their peace day or night.
You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent,
And give Him no rest till He establishes
And till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

The Lord has sworn by His right hand
And by the arm of His strength:
“Surely I will no longer give your grain
As food for your enemies;
And the sons of the foreigner shall not drink your new wine,
For which you have labored.
But those who have gathered it shall eat it,
And praise the Lord;
Those who have brought it together shall drink it in My holy courts.”

10 Go through,
Go through the gates!
Prepare the way for the people;
Build up,
Build up the highway!
Take out the stones,
Lift up a banner for the peoples!

11 Indeed the Lord has proclaimed
To the end of the world:
“Say to the daughter of Zion,
Surely your salvation is coming;
Behold, His reward is with Him,
And His work before Him.’”
12 And they shall call them The Holy People,
The Redeemed of the Lord;
And you shall be called Sought Out,
A City Not Forsaken.
